Trison are proud to have been partnering with SSP Group since 2008, to develop great digital customer propositions across their locations. Working with multiple brands for SSP has provided a great opportunity to showcase the benefit of our full suite of offerings, from signage design and installation, to a centrally managed software platform all underpinned by a clear content strategy. Aligned to efficiency objectives that deliver operational benefits.
Initially working across railway hubs at a store level, the benefits have been clear, with menus being updated automatically and managed remotely. Staff can be provided with specific store control when required, meaning changes can be made when needed, and done quickly.
All the units across the SSP estate are supported by Trison UK content and technical teams with a wide array of technical assistance and content updates when required. We are proud to continue this successful relationship and the ongoing rollout for multiple brands with SSP. Including the likes of: Starbucks, Uppercrust, Delice de France as well as numerous bars and restaurants. This strategy has been deployed at various locations across the world in both rail hubs and airports.
In line with SSP’s focus on airports we have collaborated in delivering holistic digital experiences and journeys across the entire food court at Terminal 2 in Dublin. Including a 31 metre digital banner, which uses over 2.5m pixels to deliver a visually stunning and food focused content journey, which has been crafted by the Trison UK content studio. Using a clear content strategy, motion graphics, dynamic content and responsive schedules the Trison Studio have ensured that passengers are captivated, excited and enticed by the amazing food on offer, whilst interactive digital kiosks make ordering and paying a truly seamless & very quick experience for guests - who can order from any of the 4 offerings on the same order & bill payment.
SSP also manage most of the bars and pubs found at transport locations in the UK, such as The Merchant Liverpool Street Station and The Grain Loft at Manchester Airport. A variety of solutions are being used at these bars and restaurants, moving the model of digital screens and promotional displays forward in interesting new ways.
SSP is a global brand and Trison UK has been happy to support with digital screens outside of the UK and Ireland, such as at Schiphol Airport and recently in Tel Aviv. The centralised menu management has meant that the addition of these sites has been a seamless process for the SSP team.
